Option 1
Book Your Own Place – for you and those you would like to bring with you (a list of places to stay that are close by will be sent to you via email once you register).
Costs for this retreat option – a $75 (non-refundable) Registration Fee per person. (Meals, lodging, travel costs are also your responsibility.)

Option 2
Sarah Books Your Stay – She'll book a beach front place for you and match you with one or more of your Soul Sisters to stay with. (This option is available to Sarah’s past or current clients only)
Costs for this retreat option – Early bird pricing of $58/mo for 16 months, if booked by April 30th, 2025. Price will increase on May 1st.
Registration Fee – Already included in your payment plan.
Ocean View Units – All units will have a view of the ocean, a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare your own meals, at least one bedroom with a Queen or King sized bed, linens, and a seating area.
Dinner Invitation – Have dinner with Sarah and 4 other soul sisters for one evening of the retreat.

What Airport should I fly through?
There are a few options: 1.) Daytona Beach airport is a 45 minute drive from Flagler Beach but flights are typically more expensive; 2.) Orlando is about a 90 minute drive but flights are often significantly less expensive; 3.) Sanford is slightly closer to Flagler Beach than Orlando.
Do I need to rent a car?
Not necessarily. The places that would be recommended for You to stay or reserved for you to stay are within walking distance of where the group sessions will take place. In the past, retreat participants have coordinated connecting at the Airport and have split the cost of an Uber from the airport to Flagler Beach.
How do I get groceries without a car?
Walmart and Publix both do same day deliveries of groceries to this area.
How much money should I budget for food while I'm there?
This really depends on you and how you want to eat. There are some fun restaurants to explore along the beach, but none of those are required or planned into the schedule. You could easily eat the same way you do at home, if you choose to.
Can I bring someone (spouse, friend, etc) with me if I do the payment plan/Sarah Books the place option?
Yes, but we would need to know ahead of time so we can book the right sized place. Also, whomever you bring would need to register for a payment plan (according to when they sign up).
Can I bring my child(ren) or other family members to stay with me?
Yes, but only if you choose to pay the $75 registration fee and book your own place. You also will need to plan for childcare during the group sessions.
Can I bring my child(ren) to the group sessions?
Children 12 years old and older are welcome in the group sessions. Please note, anyone who will attend the group sessions with you will also need to be registered (this helps us with our planning).
